Comprehensive Solutions For Modern Brand Protection

Security Marketing System

Mina’s Security Marketing System connects product verification with a customer-facing brand experience. Plan what a customer should understand after a scan and the next useful action, such as viewing approved product information or finding the right contact for help.

The consumer journey and the underlying security check need to be defined together. A page opening successfully is not, by itself, proof that the physical product is genuine.

Discuss a verification-led customer journey

Choose the feature the customer will use

Mina’s portfolio includes phone-readable AI Cloud Code as well as covert features that require dedicated equipment. A public phone journey should not be described as reading every covert authentication feature.

Decide whether the customer will interact with a label, packaging or another agreed carrier. Review the security-label options and invisible authentication routes before selecting the experience.

Make the result understandable

Agree what each response actually establishes: recognition of an identifier, availability of a record or an authentication check supported by the selected technology. Use clear language and provide a route for customers who receive an unreadable or unexpected result.

Plan any brand information, product guidance or support destination around that result. Promotions, loyalty connections and other campaign functions need a confirmed project scope; they should not be assumed from the presence of a code.

Keep public content separate from enterprise records

Choose which information is appropriate for the customer and which is reserved for authorized staff. Detailed production, distribution and investigation records may need a different access route from the public experience.

If the journey needs product history, discuss the identifier and record requirements with the traceability cloud platform. For a broader programme, review combined anti-counterfeiting and traceability.

Define useful measurements before a pilot

Start with the decision the brand needs to make: whether customers can complete the journey, understand the response and reach the intended product or support information. Confirm which measurements the implementation can provide, their meaning and who may access them.

Do not assume that a scan uniquely identifies a person or reveals a precise location. Agree what data is necessary for the experience, how it will be used and the relevant access and retention requirements before deployment. No particular analytics or data-collection feature is assumed here.

Test the customer journey as a whole

  1. Select a product and audience: identify the packaging, markets, languages and expected customer action.
  2. Review representative samples: test the selected phone-reading route under the conditions customers are likely to encounter.
  3. Check the responses and destinations: review recognised, unavailable or unexpected-result handling as agreed in the project scope.
  4. Confirm the support handoff: make sure customers can find help and staff know how to review a reported issue.

Prepare your project enquiry

Send the product and packaging details, intended reading method, customer audience, desired information and next action. Describe any existing records or campaign systems you need to connect, and request confirmation of the functions required for your use case.

Send your verification and customer-engagement requirements
